Well, moment of truth. Tomina seemed to understand perfectly that this may not play out the way she wanted, but she was prepared for that. In light of these circumstances, Excalibur saw fit to stand up from the seat she had taken, procure the panties, and start setting up for the ritual." I'll have to find a sufficient open space for this, it will be complicated to make sure that it both functions as it should, and is safe." , she then states.
Hopefully with a bit of help, Excalibur would be directed to a spot in this house that could serve the purpose. What would follow is the Holy Sword then preparing various materials, and setting up what could only be described as a summoning circle... Several runic markings and inscriptions. The longer Excalibur worked on it, the more elaborate it became.
It soon became clear that this wasn't the work of a simple demonic cultist, but someone that actually knew what they were doing with the magics they were about to be working with. By this point, the gravity of the situation must have been sinking in.
She worked silently at the task, focused on getting every detail just right. There was even a few times where Excalibur paused briefly to adjust her clothing just to be sure that it was not obstructive and not tampering with the meticulous materials...
Eventually, Excalibur takes a step back and examines what has unfolded. " Preparations, ready." She remarks. " Time, good. Wavelength, ideal." , she continues.
By now, she assumes her spot within this summoning ritual, and begins to channel her magic. " Anfang.
Heed my words.
My will creates your body, and your sword creates my destiny.
If you heed Excalibur's call, and obey my will and reason, answer me!
I hereby swear... That I shall be all the good in the world.
That I shall defeat all the evil in the world.
Thou Seventh Heaven, clad in the three great words of power,
come forth from the binding, Guardian of the Scales!" As the words poured from her mouth, magical energy begins to fill the room, and resonate with the incantation markings.
By this point, it was clear; something was coming. Now the only question was... What was it?

Tomina ended up leading Excalibur to her garage, a building connected to the main one. It didn't have a car in it, or much of anything really. Tomina hadn't even gotten tools yet. All that was there were a washer and dryer against the far wall.
Tomina made sure she was a fair distance away from the ritual. She watched as she chanted over the runes she had set up on the floor. Her awe was cleared on her face as felt the enemy fill the room.
"Holy shit! I thought magic chanting was things they did in fantasy stories!" Tomina took a few steps forward, setting her feet and clenching her fists. She waited with anticipation: would it work?

There was a building anticipation, and Excalibur made sure to never break her focus even as Tomina made her remark about the chanting. The magical energy builds to an apex, a blinding light fills the room. At first it remains at that intensity, but then it begins to slowly dim.
Eventually, as the blinding effects begin to subside, it becomes apparent that a figure is standing at the center of this established summoning circle... Details that are hazy start to become clearer as time passes, and... It eventually becomes clear that this person is quite a bit smaller than Lucy... And also seems to have some company of their own. A total of three figures, actually.
The one in the middle with the blonde hair steps forward." HAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You have summoned Overlord Ludo! And these are my minions, Eshi and Hentine! Who has summoned me?!" ... Overlord, huh?
Excalibur seemed a little incredulous at that statement. " Er... We were searching for a Demon named Lucy..." Ludo looks back towards the other two. The one with white hair shrugs, and the one with dark hair seems to shrink back slightly. Ludo turns back towards Excalibur. " Never heard of them." Excalibur sighs lightly. " So it looks like the ritual didn't work... So, what's all this Overlord stuff?" With that, Ludo puffs up proudly. " Hmhm! Rejoice, mortal! You have summoned THE Overlord of Makai! Unimaginable power is at your fingertips!" Excalibur blinks. She looks over to Tomina. " ... Does this seem like an Overlord to you?"

Tomina sensed multiple signatures, and her heart sank. There was no way that it could be Lucy: something had gone wrong with the ritual. Excalibur had warned her it wasn't guaranteed, but it was still disappointing. Tomina bit her lip, steeling herself to deal with whatever was coming out from that portal.
Only… she didn't. She couldn’t move a muscle. She stood there, stiff as a statue, looking at the three… demons? She guess they were demons. She was looking at them in disbelief.
"Are those… supposed to be succubus like Lucy? Just what the hell are these abominations?!"
She continued just staring at the three demons as they conversed with Excalibur, the way one stares at burning building. A horrible disaster had fallen upon them. She was knocked out of her stupor as Excalibur addressed her directly. She blinked, looking at the 3 demons skeptically before turning back to the sword.
"Uhhh…errr… I dunno? Ayami talked about training with Rumia that involved talking Penguins, so I guess anything's possible. Maybe? They have similar energy to Lucy's, if that means anything. We can find out."
Tomina stood up straight, crossing her arms and staring at the big tited monstrosity. She didn't even bother trying to avert her gaze: it was impossible to look the so-called overlord in the face without staring at her tits.
"If you are the Overlord of Makai, then you must be familiar with Akisei's plans. Tell us about what the ruler of Hell is doing. She made your race, so you must know all about her. I don't want power: I desire information. And that's the first thing I want to know."

Excalibur thinks it over for a moment, before relenting and giving a nod. True, talking penguins that can handle training... After that, not much is very surprising. Maybe this was somehow Akisei's version of that. Although Excalibur never figured her for the type to have a sense of humor like that. But hey, there was a point in time when those two were in a loving relationship, so...
In any case, Ludo perks up as Tomina then addresses her with a desire for information. The alleged Overlord thinks it over for a moment, and seems to be struggling to find the right words. " Ah, yes.... Akisei's plans. Of course I know them!" Eshi and Hentine look to each other for a moment in confusion. The silence grew palpable." Yes, obviously, and foremost... Akisei desires to, er... Conquer Heaven!" , Ludo states.
Now, despite her attempts at bravado... It should be relatively clear at this point that the chances of such claims towards being an Overlord was perhaps exaggerated. Or maybe Akisei simply told them nothing, and the Overlord wanted to save face?" To that end, she requires an army! As Overlord, it is my duty to acquire more territory for her, so that she can recruit such an army!" , Ludo then adds.

During the whole exchange, Tomina was trying to get a read on their power. They seemed weak, but it was hard to tell if it was suppressed or not. Tomina was still in the process of learning the diffence between weak and suppressed Ki, so she really couldn't be sure.
So she took her keys from how they acted. If they were strong, they would be exuding confidence. The two that Ludo called her minions seemed really worried about the situation. As for Ludo herself… well she'd find out quickly. Tomina gave the demon a smirk.
"Is she now? Tell me what else is she planning. And why isn't her army already created? I mean, being the immortal devil must give her all the time and resources she needed. I would have a huge army by now. Maybe Akisei isn't as fearsome as she's cracked up to be. Or maybe you just suck at making an army. I mean, you don't even rule all of Makai. You're still trying to conquer land. I mean maybe I'm wrong, but it looks to me that you'reway behind schedule. What do you think Excalibur?"
Tomina waved her hand flippantly. She didn't know too much about suppression, but she did know one thing. It was harder for someone to suppress their energy if they were feeling strong emotions.

Uh oh, this Mortal was asking some pretty difficult questions... But Ludo wasn't about to give up yet! " Well, she doesn't have the army yet because there's been a lot of conflict about just WHO should be Overlord of Makai! That whole war was only settled very recently!" She quickly explains. " So I have a lot of work to do, organizing all these Demons and then conquering new territory outside of Makai! Heaven isn't going to conquer itself, after all! HAAAAA-HAHAHAHAHA!!" At least the big ham in the room would take attention away from Eshi and Hentine.
Excalibur shrugs at Tomina's question. " I mean, from what I know of Akisei, I doubt that this is the Overlord of Makai. But I suppose anything is possible, technically. But she would be the very first Overlord of her kind, so there's that." Ludo is quick to comment on this. " Of course! I am the Dark Aphrodite, Ludo! Though I am a recent addition, my power is unfathomable! That is why Akisei places such faith in me to handle such trifling matters!" Excalibur can't help but grin. She was having fun with this, at least.
Ludo then crosses her arms. " As for her other plans, I think that should be very obvious. She also wants to conquer Earth! I suppose I should get started on that, but technically I AM bound by your summon, so..." How convenient.

Tomina raised an eyebrow. "A war huh? I thought all of you were supposed to be united under your almighty creator. Why was there infighting going on?"
She figured she should try to get as much information on Makai as she could. She wasn’t sure how credible this source of information was, but she would sort out the truth of things a little later. She wasn’t sure if an invasion was as impending as Luca was claiming.
Tomina looked over at Excalibur, raising an eyebrow. "You mean they usually aren't big titted bats? Never would have guessed. So, what are they usually like?"
Tomina looked back over at Luca. The self proclaimed aphrodite was being what seemed to be purposefully vague with her statements. And if she could be bound this easily, she didn't seem that powerful. Tomina put a hand on her hip, smirking at the trio.
"You've sure got me convinced. Okay, we'll get back to the invasion to Earth in a minute. I know you said you hadn't heard of her, but maybe you've seen her without knowing her name. Lucy's a succubus with golden eyes. White hair, snarky and loud. Likes wearing fur coats. Oh, and her body is tall enough to actually handle her cleavage. Seen anyone like that?"
