Techniques: Technique Name: False Impact Technique Type: Defense/Utility Defense Type: Dodging Level: 1 (0/20) [Please leave this as-is. Staff will handle this for you.] Mastery Bonus:[Ki Efficiency]: -5 Ki Cost Description: Taking the premise of the afterimage technique while infusing it with his ki Asmoskon is able to create an afterimage that appears to suffer any sort of damage meant for him. This technique is one to be used not just to evade an attack from an opponent, but to trick them into believing their attack was successful. This afterimage only lasts for little more than a second before vanishing completely. Technique Name: Brutal Barrage Technique Type: Attack Attack Type: Physical Level: 1 (0/20) [Please leave this as-is. Staff will handle this for you.] Mastery Bonus: [Brute Force]: Target is stunned if they take the full amount of damage, effect has a cooldown of 5 turns Description: Just like during the technique Brutal Ring, Asmoskon’s ki forms into the shape of a ring. The ki rings in this case though form around Asmoskon’s forearms with three ranging from smallest to largest alongside his forearm size. This technique enhances Asmoskon’s arm enabling him to unleash a barrage of blows in rapid succession.

Alright! Looking these over, there's a few things to address.
First, you can pick Custom Mastery Bonuses! You'll want to do this when you have the chance.
Secondly, Brutal Barrage's Technique Type should be "Attack" -- but we can correct that for you when these are approved and added to your list.
But there's the third and most important:
I need to know more about how Ring Restraint works. Mechanically, I know it doesn't do damage, and functions as a pseudo-stun that you need to break out of. However, you note that it doesn't stop Flight. So a character capable of that can still move around to dodge, and possibly even raise barriers, correct?
You note that in order to break free from the Technique, you have to utilize a Technique of higher power -- and the Ring loses 10% power each turn.
Does Ring Restraint use some kind of special charge, or does it operate off of standard Tier and Charging mechanics?
Because of how the restraints are worded, I assume that it doesn't prevent someone from using their legs. Such as to kick, for example?
Basically, I need to know how much of a "stun" it is versus how much of a "grapple" it is. If that makes sense.
Once I've gotten more info about how this works, we'll proceed from there!

Your Techniques are approved! They will be added to your list. Note that you will be unable to use these Techniques in any currently ongoing threads. They are free to be learned/used in new threads from this point on.
