Power Level: 82
Han sighed.
He finally finished his turn at the bar, yet another part-time job for the guy. He kind of had to do it ever since the things began to get a little stricter with money and the fact that he'd probably lose his apartment if he didn't get enough cash soon, but zeni with part-time jobs was as scarce as it could get, so he began doing double or triple depending on the jobs' schedule.
Still, that on itself wasn't tiring him. Rather it was the fact that he'd much rather do something else instead of working his ass off; fighting. He kind of had a great time last time against Bluu and kind of wanted to experience it again or at least train.
Speaking of that, there was also some weird lad that invited him to find some place or something. The bunny girl didn't really specify anything, though and merely left him a piece of paper, one he couldn't get any information from. He frowned; maybe a fellow martial artist would know? Therefore, now in his free time, at about evening as the sun had already settled, the man also began stopping random people in the streets every now and then.
The blue berry guy easily startled some for some reason when he showed them the symbol on the piece of paper, he didn't understand why or how but most of them looked as if they were embarrassed to answer a mere question?
A few couple of people later, though, he was slowly beginning to just give up on the idea, but right there his nose perked wildly: unsure whether or not this was part of his demonic heritage, but he could feel a profound and different scent, unlike of many other Earthlings. It led to a stranger on her way at such hour; she was dressed curious, too.
The hat itself was quite curious. It made her easy to spot. He wasn't sure about the scent, but maybe she could actually be a martial artist; she didn't look like your regular gal. So, he decided to try and ask her, too, as he approached Tomina.
"H-hey man, err, dude. Guy, stranger... whoever you are, hey! I am Han."
Han almost greeted her with a line from one of the songs he had been listening on his phone earlier. Evidently he still had some trouble getting on to know strangers at times; he didn't exactly feel the pressure at times when he had no particular request, but this time he felt a little awkward having to ask a stranger a question. It was a little weird but in a sense fucking around require lesser brain power, so he didn't have to overthink things.
But before he'd stutter and struggle with his words, the young man took a brief moment to wait and watch what he'd say next, slowly he stared at the stranger up and down.
"You look absolutely out of place, extravagant and honestly I think you should just melt that hat, it might be something worth in zeni with that shiny gold thingy. So, that aside, you must totally be a fighter! Right? I got you spotted on, right? I bet you practice martial arts or something!"
Han spoke out of familiarity; almost as if as he said such words, a couple of people began to come to mind between blue demons, robo fans and more. But of course the man didn't really feel the need to specify any of his experiences thus far and instead just leaned towards Tomina curiously.
"Or just a wannabe? Or am I wrong entirely? You're not some kind of roleplayer geek, right? Actually nah, I am never wrong. I think. Well, besides that. It doesn't matter if you're a martial artist or not, just got my eye on you cause that hat is cool. But! Of course I still need some information, if you don't mind."
Han instead brought up a finger, but soon his hand just look over the belongings stored in his pocket, for a brief moments before he brought out a piece of paper. A small sheet of paper in the shape of a card, almost like a presentation card except that it was blank except on one side where there was the image of a simple bunny head. The symbol itself, funny enough, was also associated with a dirty adult magazine.
"Do you know where I can find this?! From what I understood, it's gotta be a fighting school I think. If you're a fighter, you know what schools there are right?"
Han smiled briefly, clueless of course.

Thread PL: 445 Suppressed PL: 5 [Equipping Auto-Adjustable Training Weights] Tomina was walking home back from the grocery store. She had yet to get new clothes to put in her new home. She was going to take care of that with Hono tomorrow. But for now, she was forced to wear the last outfit she had. Which happened to be the outfit she was supposed to wear in the wrestling tournament. And of course, the hat that she had since she was a baby. She was just about to find a more open area where she could take off flying when… "H-hey man, err, dude. Guy, stranger... whoever you are, hey! I am Han."
Tomina turned her head and looked at the blue-haired boy behind her. While he looked human, there was something different, and familiar, about his aura to her. Although she was kinda too annoyed by what he was saying to place it right now. He was saying a lot that was annoying her actually. Her red eyes narrowed a little as she looked at him. She jabbed a thumb at her hair. “Okay first of all, I’m a woman. I know the outfit is a little distracting, but no guy would grow their hair out this long.”Tomina turned around, putting a hand on her hip with a scowl on her face. Just who the heck was this guy? He just came out of nowhere and started sprouting crap that seemed designed to piss her off. A vein visibly throbbed in her forehead when he held up the bunny symbol to her. God that brought up some annoying memories. “I don’t know if you can call me a martial artist, but I’m a hell of a fighter. And what kind of martial arts school would use a bunny as a symbol? I’ve never seen it before. Then again I only know about the more famous schools. So, Han. Who are you exactly? I mean you told me your name, but I still don’t really know you.”

Han looked at her and felt quite puzzled admittedly. She was... a woman? He briefly looked at her, one could say he was perhaps trying to understand whether or not such was actually true but in reality he felt somewhat confused as to the reason of her exclamation.
He did pretty much figure that out but Han was quite problematic with being social, either he was too much or too little when it came to conversing. It made things easily awkward or somewhat entertaining depending on the casuality factor that was Han's temper, so in a way he also wondered what else he could do by now.
Could he dismiss the fact or perhaps play around it? He could easily be a little shit, but not to harm people. He liked being scolded a bit every now and then, it was a temptation the one of a silly conflict that his heart instinctively sought with no regard.
"Oh no! Here I thought you were a cute guy."
Said the boy with a pout, a hint of disappointed he forced in the phrase was easily audible. Admittedly the idea itself of a figure like that being a boy was kind of attractive to Han! But he didn't really think such from the beginning, so he didn't mind too much, but rather he felt a little concerned for the possible free offense taken from her side. Surely he was a bit of a troll, but hell he didn't just want to go around and offend people either.
Of course, though, that did happen before. Which was why he didn't really want that to happen again, if he could help it.
His eyes just so slightly narrowed to look at her before an index's fingertip began scratching the corners of his lips, his brow comig together in a sympathetic look and a brief smile staring at her.
"I know you're a woman, sorry. I am just not so great at breaking ice when I need to talk with somebody I don't know. Or well, I kind of do but... the execution's kind of shitty for better or worse, you know? Uh, so yeah. Sorry again! I didn't mean that."
However he was actually disappointed once the stranger mentioned that she truly didn't know what hell of a school even would use a logo like that, to which a corner of his lips frowned. Not so much in offense but rather a sigh within himself, as even another didn't seem to recognize it.
But his sight soon perked up once more to look at the woman curiously. His golden iris shining in the night sky so easily when the rest of his eyes were such an odd, plastic shade of black and in his sight his mind easily raced: what? Somebody who didn't immediately walk off? Then again she did say she was a figher, so maybe unlike others she was at least interested in these kind of things. He sweated it away and soon rose a finger against his cheek bone, with a smile.
"Who am I...? Uh, well..."
The very same hand that had lifted to his face soon fell towards her in the offer of a handshake, yet smiling widely again with his eyes soon closing briefly in an inpromptu greeting. "I am Han! Uh, a demon that lives amongst Earthlings! Or so they tell me, at least. I am not too sure either. But I'm not exactly normal, so I guess I begin to believe those things."
The blueberry-colored dude soon spoke up once more, at least trying to explain himself.
"I had a weird time with a bunny girl in a competition after I lost against a blue Majin... so I'm kind of trying to figure out where to find that girl. I think she can help me get stronger, haha... or I hope at least. I kind of lost to the Majin. Like, uh, I gave up but I had fun! I never fought before, unlike you. So I'm not a great fighter."
He would pull his hand by now even if she hadn't taken it, he'd still wait for her to until this moment. His gaze interrupted briefly, unsure on how to continue exactly.
"I like being positive! But somehow that makes me hard to get excited about things. So when the Majin gal pounded me that much it was an arousal unlike any other! Even when I bled, I felt warm and fuzzy and eager to keep rocking those fists. It's like... adrenaline or whatever! Maybe you understand if you fight too, right?"
Admittedly Han was only twenty but always in life he did so many part-time jobs even because he never felt either frustration or boredom, he just was positive about it, however that made even fun things feel kind of idle. Fighting was the first thing in a while, that made him feel something that was fun and he was now seeking more. But to seek more he also wanted to be more durable and capable for the partner he'd battle, therefore, he sought to grow stronger as well now.
Albeit he didn't have the slightest idea, being an alien rose on a planet in the middle of nowhere, in an orphanage, made his understanding of life very simple but optimal enough to still live amongst people. Yet again, it was easy to see that he stood out across the rest for the wrong reasons.
"You... who're you? You said you're a hell of a fighter, right? If you're this strong then, uh..."
He smiled idly, unsure on how he could really invite the other to a battle in the middle of the streets without feeling like a weird geek. But admittedly maybe there was no reason to feel that way, either.
"You know, unless you were in a rush to go somewhere, maybe we should duke it out?"
Yeah, he still had to work on his casual speech. He had to be a little more decisive and direct about things. Just a little but admittedly he sort of did grow eager to at least find out who this stranger was, this person's doings and just how strong of a punch she could hit him with! So, even if he couldn't find the bunny girl, maybe he had just found something to turn a boring work night into a better time killer than just going home and watching the television.

Was he being serious? Tomina squinted at the guy with her red eyes. Oh yeah, he didn’t seem to be cracking a joke. He legitly thought that she was a guy at first. He was trying to play it off like he was using it as a way to get her attention. Tomina was well practiced at reading people though. She didn’t call him out on it and simply shrugged her shoulders.
“Whatever I guess. I suppose it isn’t my business how bad your eyesight is. Easy enough mistake to make, mistaking my gender.”
It soon became apparent why his aura seemed familiar. Her eyes widened a little when he introduced himself. She returned his handshake firmly, briefly moving her hand up and down before drawing it.
“I’m Tomina. You’re a demon? You really shouldn’t sprout that out loud. Most people aren’t as understanding as I am when it comes to that. You’re liable to get cursed at, or worse.”
Tomina wrinkled her nose at the guy’s phrasing. She was trying to resist the urge to make a snide comment. He was making it too easy. Also, it was hard to get excited with the prospect of a fight. If he lost to Bluu, then she would likely mop the floor with him if she took things seriously. She gave the guy a slight smirk.
“Oh, so that’s what gets you off, eh? Well, I can certainly do that for you if you want. Although we should probably take this somewhere more private. We don’t want other people to get caught up in our “fight”.
Tomina winked at him, her annoyance evaporating a little bit. She had tried to resist throwing out a remark like that, but the guy made it too easy. Besides, it helped her feel a little bit better. She also wasn’t going to mention that she knew Bluu just yet. She wanted him to go into this fight without any idea of how strong she was. She would be able to see Han go all out this way, without being tied down by nervousness.

He blinked and leaned closer, his head slightly tilted before he turned back.
“Huh, cool. You have red eyes.”
He smiled: it was cool! There was a contrast between his blueness and her redness, probably. But even there Han looked pretty peaceful about the whole guy thing, albeit Tomina pressed the matter, he didn’t really do much more than chuckling and playing along.
“Oh come on, it was just a misunderstanding! You're a woman all around I can tell!”
Han couldn't help himself but pick at the corner of his lips just so slightly, his fingers pressing the soft and tender layer of skin so effectively almost as if he was pinching himself. Why did he even begin saying that he was a demon, all of a sudden? He didn't care about secrecy but even there he believed that was no way to talk or introduce himself to somebody. Was it rude? No but it was weird
Like 'hell' levels of weird. But he soon pouted, and tilted his head. "Eh? I mean... my horny succubus boss told us about her heritage after a couple of minutes we met. Unless... maybe she was trying to impress me?! But of course!"
The boy soon slammed one fist into his hand, holding the other hand as now both of them closed around one another before he soon enough smiled and chuckled. "No, no way actually. I probably should try harder. Maybe come up with pick up lines. I don't know, never did that kind of stuff before... but! Back to me."
The halfling was quite social and honestly his trail of thought was all over the place but he soon returned to Tomina's own question as he smirked and pointed at himself.
"I've already been cursed! By like... a couple of priests, angry because I'd burn their sacred books unintentionally. Cool, right? What's weird is that it felt kind of good; getting beaten and scolded, you know?" Han released a weak chuckle, a hand rose to his lips. He briefly tapped them and wondered if there was something wrong with him and the answer was: most likely. But he soon looked at Tomina again and smiled.
"But I'll listen to you then and hold back about telling people that kind of stuff, 'mina! I refuse no tip!" Soon enough, though, her tone changed drastically from the very first sound. It was a throbbing sensation in his head that could certainly pick up; she did this on purpose! But even there, it made it hard to dismiss this as a provocation; it was the first time somebody used Han's own weapons against him! It was weird, it kind of made him feel weak in the knees because of how unexpected it was.
His features slowly breached and let a commotion sink in briefly, his eyes kind of large and wide briefly as he stared at the woman. He wasn't exactly sure what was going on at first but he soon realized that he was beginning to feel as if summer had come all of a sudden and heated air was now all he could breathe, just slightly however he didn't quite turn red too much. He sweated a bit however.
Wow, it really was different being on the receiving end of those remarks. Han didn't really see it until then that he was the victim and honestly, it was kind of nice. Soon enough he smiled wide and warm enough.
Now that he thought about it, just anyone he'd usually speak with usually was weirded out or just treated him like he was that clueless and dumb. So having somebody play along made him a bit happy! A quick laughter came from his lips, his eyes now open once more.
"I'm still unexperienced, so I do hope this is what does it for me at least! My first time was only rocky so far. So lead on and please, don't be gentle at all!" He soon turned around and was beginning to walk away, but soon enough his body once more made a turn and looked at her with a puzzled expression.
On one hand he was genuinely confused and on another he was scared she was actually going to bring him somewhere private, on either end he decided to ask exactly. "Wait, where are we going exactly? I don't even know where we are right now."
Admittedly Han went left and right for jobs but didn't really know 'where', he just used his phone's GPS to know the turns he had to make each time to reach his destination. The only city he really knew a bit was West City.
So, perhaps she knew this place better than he did. But then of course amidst serious questions, his mouth couldn't help but run off again. "I'd be all for your place, but I want no responsibility when the table or bed breaks because of the wrestling. Zeni's already a problem as it is."
He smiled innocently before he brought up his phone and curiously looked around the map, he blinked. "Do you think a backgarden would do maybe? I don't really know places where people would go and fight."

Tomina shook her head in bemusement. “Yep. I have red eyes. I guess they wouldn’t bother you, considering you’re a demon and all. I am also definitely a girl. Seems like we’re on the same page now.”
Tomina suddenly looked at the kid intensely when he mentioned his boss. Of all the people he could have worked for, it was a succubus of all things? Could it possibly be? “This succubus, does she have white hair and a snarky sense of humor?”
Had she found a lead on Lucy, her former succubus lover? Was she making her move in Makai already? Gathering people to work for her was something that Lucy had been obsessed with before she had taken off. Although she had to question’s Lucy’s judgment if she was accepting people like this kid. She wrinkled her nose again when he talked about the priests and his enjoyment with fighting.
“I really didn’t want to hear how much you enjoyed taking abuse from priests. Look kid, I don’t mind sparing you. But I’m not going to do this just to indulge your fantasies. I want to be your opponent, not your dominatrix. You get me?”
Tomina snorted at Han when he mentioned breaking her things. “You’re assuming I’d let you into my house in the first place. First of all, it’s in a capsule I carry around with me. There’s an open area where I usually put it, although it’s a fair distance from here. But there’s plenty of areas outside of the city where we can duke it out. What do you say Han? Willing to take a flight with me to get to the fight?”

He nodded time and time again.
“Yeah, I mean. I don’t care! My eyes are weird. But nothing. It just reminded me of something,” - explained himself, did he, with very little else than a faint smile and his legs that shook against one another every now and then. He was vibing to the very tunes in his head, brief images of funny, past times from not too long ago.
“Yee', I never doubted that. I’m just very misunderstood, you see.”
Han slowly nodded to his question, he wasn’t sure if she knew Kaldia, but he wouldn’t have been surprised since there were a whole lot of posters around for that job. Maybe Tomina passed by before he did and met her. He couldn’t know.
“Oh yes! White hair, looks hot in a suit and snarky. But I am snarkier, so I win anyways when she runs her mouth.”
Kaldia was always interesting to fool around with, because it felt like she was used to taking people’s shit most of the time and at least Han wasn’t too overwhelming. It made conversations possible and easy to manage, but all the while she also felt super stressed about work. In a sense he also could feel the same, very often, but he never really took work too seriously.
He could be workaholic but it wasn’t part of his personality, in a sense.
Still part of his personality was very confusing per se, even when it came to understanding what another was saying as she pretty much mentioned a couple of weird terms to him, one eye closed and the other left wide open, his brow raised as he tried to pinch it down in his ear. Almost as if he could catch the word before it’d travel outside the other ear, but he failed.
“D-...domin… uh.”
Han blinked curiously for a second, his fingers came up briefly to make sure his syllables were about there but even there he could bet what she just said was at least somewhat longer than the typical word.
“I don’t know how to play domino. I always thought it was kind of boring. I can try, though! I mean, I don’t really like it. I’d rather battle! Don’t tell me you want to do domino?”
He smiled briefly and proudly, as he brought a hand to his chest. “Hah! As if. I was the one who abused the priests and nuns! The moment they’d leave me with no dinner I’d burn all their texts! Just saying, it was kind of fun being seen as this big menace. It wasn't a cool place, so I sort of enjoyed making them rage. They used us kids as canned goods, so I won't regret it.”
Han didn't know if Tomina would understand what canned goods meant, but neither did he feel the need to specify that they were seen as surgery material to save other, sickly children from rich families.
Parkour move. Also the blue-haired guy held up one finger further to make a point.
“I am twenty, also. Stop calling me a kid! I know I’m not that tall but I’m still a big guy!”
It was hard to tell if he was outright stupid or a troll; most likely both, but at times his mind easily shifted from one mood to the other. He didn’t even know what he was talking about most of the time, which made him unpredictable but also annoying and impossible for him to focus. He wasn’t even manageable.
The young man slowly put a finger to his chin and eyed her quietly. His ever so golden iris slowly touched upon hers briefly, in a moment of great realization and inquiry: for his brain tissues never worked that hard before to slowly put together a question that could value a lot more than any of the taxes he ever paid to the government before.
“Uh.”
He hummed briefly and tilted his head slowly, his eyes slowly trying to catch to see if he could see any of those capsules on her anywhere, but seemingly he just looked back at her.
“Okay, we can fly. But with what plane? Or helicopter? You got it parked or in one of those capsules?”
Han simply showed any kind of ignorance when it came to Flight techniques, especially since he didn’t even know what Ki was on a real basis. He hummed and slowly looked around to see if he could spot anything like that around, soon his sight returned onto her.
“We can do the fight wherever! So, take the lead!”

“Really? What do they remind you of?”
White hair, snark, succubus, there was no mistake. She had managed to stumble upon a lead for Lucy. In the middle of the street of all places. She filed this away for later. She was going to ask him all about it when she had him all alone. She didn’t want to talk about demons in a crowd. Besides, the flow of conversation right now wouldn’t make it easy to talk about it anyway. Tomina looked at the kid with disbelief as he suddenly talked about dominos.
“I don’t mean dominos. I mean I want to fuck you up in a fight, not fuck you. The latter would be me being a dominatrix. Word of the day for you.”
Tomina chuckled, looking at him in amusement. “If you don’t get my jokes, then you’re a kid. Plain and simple. Dominos. Either you’re the most innocent kid I’ve seen, or you’re really pulling my strings.”
Tomina blinked, looking at Han in surprise. “Wait, you can’t fly? You have the power to do it, I can tell. Did nobody teach you that?”

Han narrowed his eyes and slowly looked at her briefly. Right, what did they remind him of? He had to slowly pierce it together but he did remember meeting somebody else with crimson eyes not too long ago, he paused shortly before he just smiled.
“Ah, nothing important.”
The blue-haired guy tilted his head slightly, in twenty years he was always the little shit but hardly did he ever get fought back: he’d usually expect a reaction like he did get with Kaldia, but this one possessed more of a temper and rowdy side herself.
“How’d we get to sex, exactly? I am lonely, but I am not so desperate!”
He exclaimed with a wide smile, soon enough his head would once more tilt, to the other side before he just straightened it up: admittedly it was hard to really put aside this being childish rather than trollish.
“Just, you know. That kind of makes me sound like I’m permanently horny. Which I kind of am, but I don’t want to come off as that.”
Either way, he didn’t mind it. It was new, he felt more of a backbone to this one.
“Haa, strings? I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
Sly grin, before he just shrugged it off. “It’s okay; I’ll take the innocent kid as a compliment, for now.”
“N-no?”
Han slowly stuttered. Was it not the norm when it came to being flightless? He had never heard about people flying before or perhaps he didn’t look hard enough, was he really that much off about things? Nevertheless, though, there was no way he could really have been taught before; he had no teachers and the only source of strength he had was unknown as he didn’t train a single day of his life.
“That’s why I’m looking for the hot bunny girl. I think she could teach me or something. I am not even sure how I should grow stronger.”
Han curiously flipped his arms, his head looking up; wondering whether or not he could accidentally even fly, but nothing happened as he stood on the ground. He wasn’t sure what she meant when she said she could fly.
“So, you can fly? I want to see that. Show me! What other things can you do? If we’re gonna fly to the playground you’ll have to drag me I guess. Or I can try keeping up on foot.”

"It's because you made me have to explain the joke! Seriously, you're 20 and you didn't know what that word meant. You don't even know figures of speech if they bit you in the rear! Pulling someone's strings is a pretty basic one."
Speaking of basics, that was something they'd have to address. If Han was a normal guy she would have left him there on the street and go on her way. Someone who couldn't fly didn't usually make for a good sparring partner. But Han was a demon. Tomina was worried that he could fall into darkness if she just left him alone. Tomina let out a sigh, rubbing the back of her head.
"I don't even know what the hell is up with this hot bunny nonsense. Putting aside the playgirl you met, yeah, I can show you flying. But let's just walk there together. It'll attract too much attention if I slow myself down enough to where you can keep up with me flying."
Tomina turned, leading the kid on foot. She looked behind her briefly, her red eyes staring at the guy.
"Hey kid, do you have someplace to go? Or are you just wondering around day and night for this bunnygirl? If it's strength you want, I could help you get stronger. But you'd have to resign yourself to harsh training. No pain, no gain."

Han let his forehead perk and his brow widen: he didn’t expect a frank response like that. He wasn’t really sure himself what to respond exactly, as a finger couldn’t help but scratch his cheek idly. Not because he felt an itch to but rather he didn’t know any better to do at the moment.
He chuckled a bit when she mentioned the weird gal as a playgirl. Maybe she could have been, and he was just exaggerating this whole search for what could have just been nothing. Who knows.
“Sure, let’s walk! Is it far from here? Also how fast can you go while flying?”
The question was bizarre to him in a bit. Because in a sense, he did have somewhere to go but not for long after all. And just like that, his hands would soon leave to the inner layers of his pockets. His hands roamed free for about a few moments, before he pulled up the shape of a former letter. He looked down upon it for himself, without reading it aloud.
“Well. I sort of do. But I’ll lose my place soon because I postponed years of rent. I needed the zeni to help out my sister.”
Part of him wanted to go on and add that it was all useless. But he decided not to disclose further instead and just tilted his head left and right, his golden eyes perked back at her. “Well, no… I was doing it after my part-time jobs. I just came out of a liquor shop... restaurant thing, myself, to earn some zeni.”
Part of him looked surprised when she offered him some help, and of course, partially he was super happy about it but that of course, didn’t cause him to look over excited (of course he was) about it as he instead broke eye contact and looked around: he tried to find a response that was as cool as possible without sounding ungrateful.
“If you want to, thanks.”
He shot back a smile at her and nodded, picking up the pace.
“I don’t really mind harsh and painful stuff, but what’s it like? I’ve never done that before.”

Tomina scratched her head. “You know, I’m actually not sure. I could probably keep up with most planes. But I’m not any good with miles per hour stuff. Or any numbers, really.”
Tomina looked at him over her shoulder again. Then she turned and walked over to a crosswalk. She pressed the button and waited for the light to turn. “Your sister, huh? Is she sick or something? At least she has a brother who’s willing to work hard for the cash she needs.”
Tomina felt a pang of guilt. She had won the lottery recently and now had a home. She had been on the streets for most of her life. It wasn’t like she didn’t work hard at all. But she didn’t work the way Han was doing for his sister. She crossed her arms, tapping her foot as she waited for the light to change.
“Learning how to fly won’t be that bad. It’s just a simple application of controlling your ki in the right way. As for the harsh and painful stuff, well I’m not really a teacher officially, so I can’t really say. I’m still trying to find my own way in that regard. I guess I better settle on a style soon though: at this rate, I’m going to have a second student. I taught Bluu how to fly when we met in the artic, among other things. Maybe I should ask master Aya for tips on teaching.”
Tomina furrowed her brow, a look of concentration on her face. She needed to get a bit more creative in her teachings. So far she had winged it by teaching basic stuff. Which Han would likely have to go through. But after that… she honestly had no idea. She didn’t have access to the resources her own sensei had.

“Eh? With most planes? I’ve never been on one but then you must be super fast! I really want to learn how to fly now!”
His good spirits felt a little bit crushed when she mentioned her sister’s status, however. He found himself quite confused and uncertain, of course.
There was a lot he could have said in that moment they both waited for the light to turn. She kind of praised him, right? Then why did it feel kind of shitty? A part of him felt worse than he could arrange at the moment to feel at the moment: partially he did feel like it was his very fault from the beginning. And especially now, she was gone. And he still avoided the topic whenever he could.
“She died.”
Han was short, his face held ahead to gaze at what was ahead; he felt like he could have said a lot more but again, just like when he kept his mouth running, he ended up saying a lot of stupid stuff, right? It wouldn’t have been the first time that happened, so perhaps he was better off just spitting it out.
“Right now I mostly work to try and make up my debt. But I don’t think I’ll make it in time. But maybe I can use the money to rent something smaller.”
His attention was picked up when Tomina mentioned Bluu. So, she also knew the creature? It was kind of a sweet candy for him, to remember that fight. “Really? She didn’t fly in our fight but she really was fun. Amazing first time.”
Han slowly looked forward again, a hand tapped his chin briefly.
“I have never trained before. I don’t mind if you aren’t an official sensei. I think I can learn from you to get better. I guess this Master Aya taught you before?”
He smiled shortly, slowly getting interested about this former stranger he just met after his part time.

Well, the guy didn’t lack enthusiasm, that was for sure. Hopefully, he’d be able to keep it through the more frustrating elements of ki control. Flying was easy once you got the concept down. Although as she recently found out, that was sometimes really hard for people to get. She hoped he’d catch on quicker than the last person she tried teaching to fly.
Tomina looked over at Han as he told her what happened to his sister. “I’m sorry to hear that.” She said simply. She wasn’t going to pry into a deeply personal matter. The crossing light turned, and she led Han across the street. She turned to the right, walking down the sidewalk towards their destination.
She also listened to him quietly as he talked about his debt. She didn’t have much to say on that either, since she didn’t know anything about that. When she was at the orphanage, she was too young to have to worry about that sorta thing. And debt was absolutely meaningless to her when she was already on the streets. Since she hadn’t accumulated any, it made the transition of buying a house a little easier.
When they brought up Bluu, Tomina gave the guy a slight smirk. “That’s because she didn’t know how to fly until I taught her. She’s plenty talented and has some crazy abilities. But her dojo is completely wasting all her gifts. Yet she’s still loyal to it. Hopefully, I can see your potential someday.”
Tomina nodded at his question. “She still is training me. There’s still a lot that I don’t know and need to fully master. I’ve got the basics down, but there are some abilities I haven’t fully mastered. If you want to learn those, I can teach you that, if you’re willing to learn.”
Soon they came across the entrance to the park on the left. Tomina turned, walking through the gates and into the open, enclosed area. It wasn’t as open as a natural park, but it had a lot of trees and some open areas. There were people there, but they’d likely be able to find a space where they could practice flying.

Han wasn’t too sure if he had to say anything in regards to his sister’s death. It was a touchy subject, but regardless he appreciated the discretion that Tomina showed, therefore he decided not to be moody about it and instead he smiled.
“It’s okay! I am sure my sister would be proud by all the cute girls I am getting to know,” - said the boy with his gaze stuck on Tomina, he did not mean to exactly hit on her or whatnot with that comment but her being friendly was beginning to make him feel a little guilty for the boy joke, so maybe appealing to her womanly charms would maybe boost her ego a bit. He didn’t mind, but he hoped it’d make up for it a bit.
The fact that Bluu itself was taught by her left him quite surprised. Yet she made it clear that it was just flight that she taught the Majin, but when it came to fighting it still was that weird dojo. “Ah, the Satan dojo… don’t get me wrong, I don’t know a single martial arts move but I still think it’s a bit of a joke. Like c’mon, a dude called Satan! It doesn’t take one of my kin to see that something’s wrong with that name, right?”
The blue-haired young man smiled a bit at the idea of her seeing his potential. Maybe, that would have been nice, honestly. Depending on what she was talking about; technique or power alone? Who knew.
“R-right… I’ll do my best.”
Han said briefly before he nodded twice and more.
“Of course I want to learn from you! Even because I really don’t have any other options… you’re the only one who’s stickin’ around! Thank you a lot, Tomina!”
He smiled big and wide before he jabbed at her briefly, indicating an area a little higher, on a cliff but it was isolated from the rest in that enclosed area. There was a medium tree covering them too, it could be a good place to practice without being disturbed at this hour of the night.
“How about we go up there?”
