[Thread PL: 1000] (Unsensible to anyone other than a Kai) "Here you go madame, one lime and one lemon sherbert.” “Ah, wonderful!” The waiter set the deserts on the table, then stared at the strange woman who he was serving. She was acting civilly, but she looked really strange. She had horns growing out of her head and her hands looked to be painted. The woman smiled, tapping the horns that appeared to be growing out of her head. “Forgive me, my looks must be rather distracting. I’m auditioning for a horror movie. I’m supposed to be meeting my agent here. She’ll be along any moment now." “So those horns are fake?” “Yes, the band is under the cap. Shouldn’t you be serving other customers?” “Oh! Of course!” Akisei chuckled as the waiter scrambled off. Akisei could have done more drastic changes with her shapeshifting. But she had chosen to do only the bare minimum and make her tail disappear. She didn’t feel the need to entirely hide her true form in this venture. In fact, it was advantageous to look like this, given the reason for her visit. Unknownst to anyone else there, Akisei flared out her ki aura. It would act as a beacon to the one person on this planet who would be able to sense it. There was no doubt that Rumia would come to her. Akisei crossed her legs, scooping up a piece of her sherbert and slipping the spoon into her mouth. Her eyes widened as she tasted the desert. “This sherbert is really good! I wasn’t planning on paying them, but this deserves praise. It would be a shame if bad publicity over a theft scared people away.”

Rumia's Human DisguiseHel, The Youngest 'Holy Weapon', Container of Rumia's Strength[Mechanical PL=1000] [Lore wise Rumia currently has 20 PL, With the rest of her power being inside her holy scythe Hel] "I want to come!""No""I need to kill her!!!""No""Master Why are you still defending her?! After everything shes done! Everything shes taken! Her and that horrible excuse for a dau..."She was cut off as the kai gave her a cold glare. The child lile being went silent and stepped back. It was rare Rumia became angry but when she did... she was scary. She readied herself for some kind of punishment. But when she opened her eyes... rumias hand just touched the top of her head, rubbing it gently. "I need you here... with most of my power here, she'll hesitate but...She looked back towards the monostary in the distance, hidden amongst the snowy mountains... and smiled. "I know you want to protect her more Hel"At this the small being known as hel became frantic as she made wild movements with her hands. "N..no Master you have it all wro...""Its ok Hel, we were able to confirm it, so its only natural. Besides... she acts a lot like her to doesnt she...? I want you to do what your heart says Hel-I want you to protect Atsuko""Master... I'm sorry...."And that was how Rumia came to be here at this shop. She had a pretty good idea what Akisei wanted-but even if she was wrong it was better to be safe than sorry. She meant what she said on both fronts. She wanted Hel to follow her heart, even with her power within her she wanted Hel to make her own choices. Hel had always looked up to Dawn. Hel saw Dawn as her older sister. It was to such an intense degree that Hel.... That Hel was the only one to *become* a Holy Sword, rather than being created as one. She did it to avenge Dawn. She did it to bring judgement upon Akisei. Why are you still defending her?!She coudnt say she was compelty wrong. She coudnt deny that in her heart she didnt want Akisiei to die. She coudnt kill her that day.. the most she could do was seal her away. And now part of her heart... she knew she didnt bring Hel because she would have tried to eliminate Akisei. It wasnt simply 'a master plan' even if it worked that way. She wanted to keep Atsuko pure and alive. But she wanted Akisei to live to. She opened the door and made her way in. For herself she ordered a strawberry sherbet, briefly acting like her cheerful energetic self whole talking with the one taking her order. She then made her way towards Akisei on instinct. She knew her well. Sigh... she didnt even hide her horns. Was it cosplay this time? Or a movie again? Why was SHE the responsible one with these kinds of things now??? WHY WAS SHE EVEN WORRYING ABOUT THIS She took a deep breath, running a hand through her blonde hair, then took a seat right in front of her at her table. For a moment she simply sat their in silence. She wanted to be close to her again, even if they coudnt be like they were. Even if it coudnt be the same. But that wasnt possible was it? After all her mistakes. She caused this, that was why Akisei shoudnt be the one to die"So..."She spoke up, with her usual uneasiness around the woman. They didnt interact all the time for obvious reason. But whenever they did they felt the same. "Your still beautiful"Akisei knew her definition of that, that it wasnt simply based on looks. Whether she belived it or not... that was different. But she'd probaly always feel that way. "So then what's my punishment this time Akisei?"

There she was. Even in her human form, she was stunning. Akisei pushed the lemon sherbert over so it was right in front of Rumia. She gave the Kai a soft smile.
"And you look like an angel, as you should. I'm a little surprised you picked a form as curvy as this one. I figured you'd come in the form of a small child or a more petite woman. This works out though: I told the waiter I was here to meet my agent. It would be less convincing had you showed up in a smaller form."
Akisei scooped up some more of her sherbert, slowly sucking on the spoon. She closed her eyes, savoring the taste of the human desert. She put the spoon back inside the sherbert. Her eyes opening. She pouted, a frown spreading across her lips.
"Why Rumia, do you think I came all this way just to punish you again? What I did when I fell was more than sufficient in that regard. No, I'm here to discuss very important matters that are going to concern you soon. More specifically, a mortal that has caught your interest. It took you long enough to realize that Dawn's soul still existed."

Rumia sighed shaking her head. She would have preferred a form like that in all honesty. It was the closest to her orignal form, so she preferred them. However on Earth such forms had come to be associated with children and as a result she kept being treated as such it greatly restricted her her movements around the world as people kept trying to find her 'parents' on top of that she kept being looked down upon to the point of great annoyance.
So it eventually got to the point she went for what she thought would be the most unappealing under the radar type of human she could think of....
A near adult goth girl!
....it didnt work out quite the way she thought, but she had a lot more freedom now. in the end rather than explain, she simply gave a long sigh.
"Its... a long story, I'm glad you like it"
Part of her hoped they could simply have a nice conversation for once, but as she nibbled on her own sweet that hope would quickly be dashed as Akisei mentioned the reappearance of Dawn's soul. yep, she knew that was what it was. Her expression went from its rather neutral state to more serious, though not cold. she expected Akisei to know-it was the way she said it that got to her. she focused her anger on her spoon-which soon snapped under her grip. Even then she wasnt angry, far from it. she simply didnt like when Akisei pushed points like this. the Fallen Kai knew well how it pushed her buttons and why.
"Well my Lime that tends to be a little difficult when someone is erased now doesnt it?"
Another deep breath, she didnt lose her serious tone of voice, not it or her glare.
"If it's not punishment it's a game, I'll say it again, what is it you want this time Akisei?"

"She wasn't erased though. Not for lack of trying, of course. Even the soul of a Saiyan is stubborn."
Akisei smiled, leaning forward and speaking quietly to Rumia.
"A threat to Earth has arrived. One that this planet isn't capable of handling right now. Even you or I would be hard pressed to deal with them with the limits imposed on us in the mortal realm. With that in mind, I have a proposition. I’ll tell you a little bit about the threat Atsuko is going to have to fight against. Because she will have to battle them. The only reason they haven't made their move yet is because they're searching for something. Something that Atsuko possesses."
Akisei took another scoop of her sherbert. She then twirled the spoon around with her fingers, her eyes looking into Rumia's.
"Atsuko is vastly unprepared for what's coming her way. But the heavens are smiling upon her. For I'm willing to give her training to prepare her for those coming fights. I’m unsure of how much you’ve told Atsuko, but your holy Scythe is aware of my existence. Therefore I shall take another appearance and name as a Kai and help you train Atsuko, as well as tell her a bit about the threat she’ll have to fight. I’ll even hold myself off from attacking the moral realm. But there are a couple of catches.”
Akisei leans forward, giving Rumia a smirk. “First off, you and your fellow Kais can’t tell Atsuko anything about this arrangement. If you tell Atsuko who I really am in any way shape or form, then the deal is off. But the biggest catch of all is that you leave Atsuko with me alone whenever we do our training sessions. You need not worry about her safety: there isn’t much point in me killing her, since her soul will just go to a place where I can’t reach it."
Akisei took another bite of her Sherbert, then leaned back and relaxed against the seat. “Putting myself aside, the Kai go by the moral code of interfering as little as possible in mortal affairs. The right of free will is absolute. Interacting with Atsuko as much as you are is influencing her path. Given Atsuko’s importance in things to come, there should be an equal chance for her to go the other way. That is my price for helping Atsuko survive: I want the chance to sway her towards my way of thinking. Will Dawn find her way to you again, or will she choose me this time around? If you love Dawn as much as you claim you did, then this deal should be a no brainer. Take advantage of my combat knowledge and give Atsuko the greatest chance of survival. Your love will ensure she doesn’t fall to my temptations The only reason you’d have to refuse this deal is if you have doubts about how strong that love really is.”
Akisei grinned at Rumia, folding her hands and setting them on the table. She knew her fellow Kai very well. It was monumentally risky leaving Atsuko alone with her. If Rumia was going to deny this deal, it would be on that front. But Rumia had more reasons to accept this offer. The biggest of which was a chance to redeem her failures. Rumia would no doubt try and save her. Despite everything that Akisei had done, she knew that Rumia still thought she could get her to redeem herself.

"I'm ashamed of you"
Her words were cold, they were sharp and cuttong. she meant it. she was well and truly ashamed of the kai that was once her partner. Why? because she expected better of her. She expected Akisei to be better than her. even as corrupt as she had become their was something she never expected her to pull. it was that, the horrid thing Rumia herself had done. She expected that no matter how dark she became Akisei would be better than her. Be a better role model for their daughter than she had been.
She coudnt care less about good or evil when compared to that
"Your supposed to be better than me, for her if nothing else. Instead your digging into the same rancid pile I did? Dont give me that shit about it being a contest, or fair play ether Akisei. I'm not stupid"
Akisei knew full well how this would effect her. she knew the various ways she would react. Yet still she did it. She still made this move. To what? To beat her? To compete with her? To hurt her? it didn't matter to her.
"You try to tell me about the right of free will Lime? This with the rigged hand you gave that young girl you created? the way she looks.... her very inent nature. You coudnt even bother to put her on a planet where she could belong in her natural state. Because thats not what you want right? Do not try to lecture me on free will, not while you play games like that"
She shook her head. Rumia had begun to cool off, while Akisei's words still got to her the most dominant feeling in her heart... was hurt. disappointment. 'Akisei has always been a better kai than me, good or evil' Those were feelings she had always held, even after her banishment.
"You should know full well I woudnt have informed the Kai's ether way. You have to take care of our daughter"
It was unspoken but Akisei likely knew well the other part of that. She didn't want make a move that could being harm to the fallen god. even as she schemed right in front of her.
"As if that wasnt enough.... if you putting yourself in the same horrid pile as me wasnt enough. You put conditions for helping with the protection of the planet we created? One you claim to love even now But really.... the most foolish action here...."
She gazed up, towards Akisei as she finished a bite of her own dessert. Her eyes void completely of that usual cheerfulness. They were darkened, As if the weight of her life itself took the light out of them. Despite this their was a spark of determination within them. If for nothing else than to see her mistakes fixed.
"Is thinking that, after losing the two people I loved most-That I belive my love could protect anyone anymore, My love coudn't save you. It could not save Dawn... Oh I still love her, but I cannot trust that my love is simply enough anymore"
She was serious, dead serious. her words were clear and to the point. With how rarely Rumia became like this it would likely be a shock to even Akisei. Her expression was unchanging. She had decided-she would not play a game.
"If Atsuko and that are truly needed. then you can train Atsuko alongside me Akisei, as yourself. Or you can hike back to hell. If this planet still means ANYTHING to you you should have no problem with that correct? If your so confident you can take her from me... then none of this preface should matter correct? If Atsuko is destined to become yours or mine. Then me being a Kaioshin, you being a Makaioshin... it means less than nothing in the long run"
From her pocket she the took out a white chess piece, the queen. and began twirling it in her fingers, like a habit. See Akisei had bested Rumia in everything. every last game. Every last lesson. The most Rumia ever had going for her was that she could learn quickly. In her eyes Akisei had always been better at everything they did together. Well.... all but one thing anyway.
"If saving any of you three makes me a sinner well, I never deserved this position anyway now did I? So Akisei I'll make it clear...."
She held the piece tight, then placed it onto the table with flair, another bite of her sweet consumed as she did so.
"Take it or leave it, I'll prevent anything else"
Yes that was right.... the one thing Akisei had never won. That she could never come out on top in.
Rumia had never lost a game of Chess.

Akisei’s confidence smirk vanished in an instant. Rumia had slapped her smugness away from her. It wasn’t her comment about being ashamed of her that gave her pause. No, it was the fact that Rumia utterly outmaneuvered her. She couldn’t back off after all her bold claims, and she was forced to proceed in a way that would make it much more difficult to sway Atsuko. It was irritating that she was calling her by her pet name throughout all of this. She couldn’t maneuver around Rumia as effortlessly as she used to be able to.
“You’ve grown more than I thought possible, Rumia.”
Akisei said, a hard look on her face. Honestly it was eerie how the other Kai could just read her this easily. But even Rumia didn’t know everything she had done or planned to do. She wasn’t going to back down, and gain control of the flow again. That’s how she would get everything back. Akisei reached into her own pocket and took out a Black Horse chess piece. She set it on her side of the table.
“I’m impressed that you managed to find one of my knights. I only stacked the deck for her as much as any kai would for one of their creations. I gave her the power to change her form and imparted her with knowledge of her surroundings. She has just as much of a chance as anyone with Demonic blood in their veins does in succumbing to my curse. So far she seems to have resisted it though. I think I underestimated the influence her Fae side would have. There’s still much we don’t know about Hegemon, even as Kai. I am curious that you were looking for anything there in the first place since it’s outside your jurisdiction. I thought I did a good job of covering my tracks there.”
Well, it was fun while it had lasted. But neither of them could pretend like things were the way they once were for very long. Akisei wished she could just string Rumia along, like she could back in the day. But she had to stop looking at her as the Kai from long ago. Not only that, but she did everything in her power to make sure she couldn’t get her claws into Atsuko. She doubted that she would be able to turn her if she couldn’t go all out with her deception. But that didn’t mean this made training Atsuko a waste of time. Still, this made things difficult. She narrowed her eyes at Rumia, her fingers digging into the metal of her spoon.
“If that’s how it has to be, then so be it. I’ll appear before Atsuko in this form. But whenever she’s with me for training, it’ll just be me and her, save for joined sessions where we’ll have to teach her together. I’ll appear before her in this form and explain everything. Are these terms acceptable Rumia?”

"Have I? It's funny... I only feel like I've regressed"
How could she have grown? If anything she was lost. Though finding Atsuko had given her hope it didnt mean her past didnt haunt her. It didnt mean she didnt fail to save Dawn. It didnt mean she prevent her daughter from reaping Sora. She coudnt take back the past. she coudnt save anyone she cared about. But, she would at least allow Dawn's inheritor to live her life. Even if it ruined she-she would have it be so. no matter what she had to do. She could outplay Akisei in this, she would because she had to.
"I keep as much of an eye on my loved ones as possible Aki, I DO still care about you you know. A shame though. Do you plan to put that curse into all of your new creations? Do you wish to see them squirm so...? Or...."
A light smile crossed her face and she shook her head. Such a testy Kai was her former lover. Even now she was still herself at her core however. as dark as she became, as corrupted and mixed up as she was she could still tell it was Akisei at heart. it always would be. But as much as she loved Akisei she coudnt trust her. ahe coudnt even trust herself after all, how could she trust her?
"Or do you just want to see one of them overcome it? See if they can?"
She watched the Makai dig into her spoon as she took a bite of her dessert, now getting close to the bottom. She savored this bite, twirling the spoon after.
"Lime Lime, what's wrong there? are you NOT confident?"
At Akisei's final statement Rumia gave a 'tut tut' motion with her fingers. she had no intention of giving Akisek free rein here. But she would be fair-but fair in a way that Rumia would be able to make sure their was no lies, no funny business. She held no concern over Akisei telling Atsuko everything, she was sure Dawn would evenually anyway.
"Your close, we will do the first lesson together, she will benefit most from us working together. You will meet her with me, their you can introduce yourself! From there.... whenever giving lessons alone the one not giving them can keep an eye on the other-make sure one is not messing with the other and so we can coordinate our training to an effective measure"
This would benefit Atsuko most, and that was what Rumia wanted most of all here. It allowed her to ensure Akisei didnt try to corrupt the pot, that Rukia herself didnt in turn. Yes this was the best outcome here! It was balanced.
That was what Akisei had been oh so worried about right?
If one could hear her thoughts they'd be able to FEEL the sarcasm in them.
"Deal?"

“You wouldn’t have been able to push me like this back in the day. You’ve finally learned how to stack the deck in your favor. If we were having this conversation back when I was still in heaven, I would have gotten everything I wanted from this meeting. This is the first and last time I’m underestimating you. I should have expected this level of growth.”
Akisei was still irritated that Atsuko was going to know what she was from the start. But she only had herself to blame. She came in too confident and was now paying for it. She stared into Rumia’s eyes. For just an instant, there appeared to be something in the violet orbs. They had seemed almost watery like she was about to cry. But not only did the tears not fall, but they also vanished altogether. Or perhaps it was simply something Rumia wanted to see and wasn’t really there.
“Is your memory starting to fail you Rumia? There have already been people who have overcome the curse. You couldn’t have forgotten about Yamiko. The human-demon hybrid who mastered the technique that even Gods of Destruction have trouble learning. She brought peace to the universe for 300 years. I’m as proud as her as I am of our own daughter. For an Earthling to accomplish what she did is nothing short of a miracle.”
Well, Yamiko had overcome most aspects of her curse. There was one thing that even that legendary hero couldn’t conquer. Rumia was doing a good job of throwing her off her game, taunting her seeing a moment of weakness. But she wasn’t going to let this ruin things. She made an identical spoon appear on the table. She then picked it up and reached for her sherbert again.
“Deal.”
Akisei then took another bite of her sherbert. She kept the spoon in her mouth, savoring the flavor as much as possible. It would help her calm down a bit. She had to keep her cool in front of Rumia. She had already let her control too much of the situation. She had to regain as much ground as possible.

Stacking the deck huh? She simply wanted to do things right this time. She could not overlook anything, even when it came to Akisei. She would have to dot he same with her daughter, as painful as it was to do ether. She wanted nothing more than to be able to simply sit ar a restaurant like this with both of them and enjoy there time together. But that was a faint dream now,all because of her. Of her sins and her mistakes. She coudnt repeat them and because of that she had to watch every move she made in situations like this.
"I just can't afford to make mistakes anymore Aki, that's all... you know that"
The weight of her words were clear. Rumia blamed herself for everything that happened to Akisei and their daughter, what happened to her fellow Kais... Soragami...Dawn... everyone. Her choices were what caused them so much pain. Her sins ruined their lives.
So she coudnt make mistakes like that anymore.
She saw that look in Akisei's eyes. Or was she imagining it? It came and then it was gone... ether ways tears DID clearly come to Rumia's eyes for a moment before she wiped them aways herself. It was always painful, she coudn't imagine it it ever woudnt be.
"Of course I didnt forget Akisei, she was one of the heroes the the Holy Blades were passed to after all... and she made her mark on history forever with her actions... I am proud of her as well. Though that would not mean you did not wish to see that in others, sigh... it's fine, I think I know"
She wanted to hope so anyway.
She leaned back when Aksiei agree, giving a final sigh as she looked up at the roof. Right... she coudnt make anymore mistakes. Not for important things like this.
"Oh, one more thing, Hel will probaly be there to, I cant really control whether she stays with Atsuko or not when I'm not around, you can understand I'm sure, why she would be defensive of Dawn's rencarnation.... even if I reassured her"
She finally reached the bottom of her sherbert. When she did a frown crossed her face. Deal was made, treat was finished. She supposed that meant this had to end soon.
Was it weird she didnt want it to?
She came back to facing Akisei, a light smile on her face as she did so.
"If were done here I have a request... Don't worry, it's something you won't mind"
She had a look of longing in her eyes as she prepared to make her request. Even if she knee the person likely still hated her. After all... she hadnt come to this meeting had she?
"Please tell our daughter I love her Aki, please?"
She then stood up, maintaining that half smile as she looked upon her lover.
"The same goes for you Lime, even if not like we once did... you should know that, part of my heart will always be with you"
She then, rather weakly made a shooing motion with her hand.
"Go on, I'm sure you've got work with 'clients' right?"

"That's true. You certainly can't afford any slip-ups at this stage of the game."
Of course, Rumia was going to make a mistake sooner or later. She was playing things much better, that much was true. But Akisei had been plotting for all these years and had many advantages over the other kai. Some of which Rumia wasn't even aware of. But she would know in due time. Akisei shrugged at the other Kai.
"There just hasn't been anyone notable since Yamiko. It's a natural cause of universal peace. Everyone relaxed and stopped training. Yamiko tried her best to set up peacekeepers, but once she died, it was only a matter of time before everyone slacked off. She set the bar too high for mortals to aspire to."
Akisei giggled when Rumia brought up Hel.
"You brought That mortal who put herself through self-inflicted eternal purgatory to Earth? That's a little cruel, don't you think? Showing her a life she can never have back. It's no concern of mine though: if she tries and kills me again then I'll have to give the child a spanking."
Akisei saw the tears in Rumia's eyes. This time a look of regret crossed on her face. It stayed there for a good few seconds. She hated that things had turned out this way. Rumia was supposed to be by her side for eternity. Not only did Akisei's heart ache with that look, but she could see that Rumia had a longing look on her face. Rumia... still wanted her? To be a part of her life?
She stared wide eyed as Rumia told her that a part of her heart was still there. She still loved her? After everything she had done? Akisei had resigned herself to the fact that she had hurt Rumia to the point where the other Kai would hate her. Akisei now lived for chaos. But Rumia believing in her changed that. Suddenly Akisei felt something she hadn't felt in a long time: Hope. Akisei stood up, looking at the other Kai intensely.
"Clients? You make me sound like a prostitute Rumia. I haven't had a lover since we broke up. A I'll relay that message for you. But maybe someday you can tell you that herself."
Akisei walked over and gently grabbed Rumia's chin, her violet eyes staring intently into the other God's. She spoke softly, murmuring sweet words to the other kai.
"I wasn't lying when I said I've never been with anyone else for millions of years. Because I still love you too. I'll always love you. I thought you completely despised me. But if you still have feelings, then why do we have to be apart?"
Akisei leaned forward and lay a soft, chaste kiss on Rumia's lips. And with that kiss came the promise of offerings, sweet temptations that they had indulged in long ago. There were a few gasps from people around them. Someone even whistled. Akisei paid them no mind though. She then pulled back, her violet eyes watering just a little. Akisei gave Rumia a sad smile.
"I'll see you later, my love."
Akisei turned, leaving her sherbert unfinished as she walked towards the exit. She didn't intend on warping out until she got to a place where the mortals wouldn't see. She didn't want to cause an uproar by not doing the bare minimum of using her legs. Of course, this meant that Rumia had a chance for a rebuttal, if she desired.

"She insisted on coming... I coudnt stop her from doing so.."
The guilt Rumia felt regarding that was clear. She wanted Hel to be happy but.. she had insisted on coming... and their was no way she was leaving now that she knew about Atsuko. Rumia stood their, seemingly alone in her tears as Akisei reacted to her words. She had done so much wrong in her life, so much was supposed to be different. But it wasnt different, and all Rumia could do now was try to pick the pieces up and make things as right as she could.
It's all she wanted... all she needed was to set things right. Yet that seemed so far off.
Rumia was frantic in the next moment, waving her hands despite her feelings. Akisei had misunderstood that statement complety!
"No no you know... your clients, whoever you've been working with. Sheesh I thought I was the one with lewdness on the mind all the time"
The briefiest of smiles crossed her face at the ability to do her antics, but it wasnt long before she had returned to that emotional state.
"Oh are we allowed in hell now Aki? Mmmm perhaps if she comes up here someday"
Though even then she had no idea what she could say to her precious child. How do you apologize to your daughter for stabbing her in the back? For sealing her from her birthright.. from the life she was supposed to have?
Akisei kissed her, and she felt a flutter, to Akisei it likely looked like Rumia was about to respond with one of her as she leaned in but...
Instead she simply leaned her forehead to Akisei's. Leaned her head and gave a weak, sorrowful smile.
And then shocked words from the customers were heard as the pair suddenly vanished. One second they were their and them... they were simply gone to them.
Rumia's position on Akisei didnt change, her head still leaned against hers, but she had now returned to her normal short form, the form of a Kai. They were now miles into the air, far above where anyone could see them. For a moment they simply stayed their as if stuck on time, it felt like an eternity before Rumia finally spoke.
"Because I don't deserve you, I never did but... after everything I never will, Not Dawn... Not you... not anyone"
She shook her head then finally parted herself.
"Millions of years is to long, you deserve someone who can make you happy... hanging on to me... will only cause you pain again.. and again and again...""
Her voice was like an echo as she moved back, light flickering around her like a filter as she slowly began to disappear.
"Part of me will always be with you... I'll always want to be there for you.. but I'll never deserve you, I can never make you happy..."
But by bit her body disappeared as she slowly vanished, but not before she finished her sentence.
"And I'm forever sorry"
The last of the light flickered away and with it.. Rumia as a whole until they met again for Atsuko's training.

Akisei giggled, looking at Rumia with amusement. "There you go again. You're a Kai Rumia, of course you could have stopped her. The holy weapons full power is indeed something to be feared. But we have absolute authority over souls in the afterlife. Power alone doesn't mean much up there, not since Otherworld Authority was cast. We can't have rebellions in the afterlife again after all."
The Otherworld Authority. It was a tool that was used by forces even more absolute than the Gods. It was all meant as a mechanism to prevent mortal races from influencing changes to the afterlife. While it had its flaws, it did its job well enough. Had Rumia really wanted to stop the sword from coming here, she could have easily left her in Otherworld. Akisei smirked, leaning forward and looking at the other Kai. "You're always welcome in hell, Rumia. Neither I nor our daughter can visit you up top, so you'd have to come down if you want to see her again. I'll make sure you get a very warm welcome." Akisei purred. She wanted more than anything than Rumia to join her. But they both knew that wasn't going to happen. Still, she wasn't going to discourage Rumia from ever doing it if she wanted to. Akisei was shocked when they were teleported into the sky. She hadn't expected that motion. She listened as Rumia relayed her feelings of doubt to her. Akisei had so much she wanted to say in that moment. But she stayed silent. She watched as Rumia slowly disappeared. The floated in the air, the breeze ruffling her hair and clothing. She had felt a twinge of regret for a moment. But the moment Dawn was brought up, she had felt the anger build within her again. "Rumia, we could already have it all. If you hadn't stood in my way, you wouldn't be feeling this sadness, nor this regret. But you won't have to worry." Akisei's words were only for the wind to hear now. A wicked grin spread across her face. "So you say you don't deserve Dawn nor me, and want me to move on? If that's how it's going to be, then I'll make Dawn's reincarnation to hell. You love her as you do me, so you'll leap right into hell for her if she falls. And she will one day, I'll make sure of it." Akisei vanished, leaving nothing but the whistling winds behind. A very heartfelt and yet terrifying discussion. The matters of deities are terrifying.
Poetry aside time for rewards! As you're both kais you don't gain any PL. HOWEVER.
Rumia gets 1,200 zenny.
And Akisei gets 1,400 zenny! Enjoy!
