The Apex Force
Description:
The Red Ribbon army has existed for a very long time. With many squads/squadrons within their military came special squads/squadrons that possess 'unique' special traits. While the majority of squads focus on generic military squads, some focused on support techniques to better the military. Some even focus on acquiring 'powerful' techniques that act as extreme power houses in combat. However, there was one group that specialized in something some may deem... underrated. Stealth.
While there were a few stealth squads that existed in the Red Ribbon Army upon their existence being threatened to extermination, the Red Ribbon Army attempted to destroy the secrets of some of these squads/squadrons. Some being erased from existence forever while a few still remain alive but only archived in their database. The Red Ribbon branch now attempts to leave these forgotten relics in the past but there has been a few instances where a few of these groups have made a comeback due to their demand. With a growing threat arising on Earth, the Red Ribbon army is seeking a strong backbone in stealth. Going through their computers, they came across a 'partially' destroyed group. The Apex Force as they were once called would fit the description.
Who are the Apex Force? Well, that's a good question, thanks for asking! The Apex Force from what the files state was a completely ▇▇▇▇▇▇ group of individuals that possessed stealth-like techniques that made them extremely fearsome in combat. While they aren't specialized in frontal assault, they are masters of using the 'element of surprise' to their advantage. The original group founder was ▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇ was a strange individual that provided the Red Ribbon army with the greatest success ratio in missions. Without this individual, stealth would have been forgotten and dropped easily in the Red Ribbon army. With that, they created the Apex Force to spread their knowledge of stealth abilities and techniques to those seeking this path.
The reason for this group's absence is entirely unclear though some speculate that ▇▇▇▇ went rogue and betrayed the Red Ribbon army early on. With that, this group was quickly thrown out when this betrayal happened and it became clear it needed to be forgotten...

Mastery Bonus: [Even Predators need Rest]: Removes the con of not being able to recharge ki per turn while using this technique.
Description:
This is the very basic stealth technique one should learn! The user of this technique will completely go invisible to the naked eye AND have all ki signatures suppressed. One could say this would be a flavored ki suppression however there comes with a perk of this ability. One can remain completely invisible visually and sensually. The user remains cloaked up until they perform a technique that throws them out. However, one could still ambush their prey suddenly with their strike! Another negative feat of this technique is the fact one cannot recharge their ki when using this technique. [The user can still be HEARD moving with their movements, charges, and attacks if not being cautious while using this technique.]

Mastery Bonus: [Inferior to the Chain]: If the target inflicts ANY damage at all, the target will become stunned. If the victim gets stunned, they cannot use any actions for one post. This effect has a 5 turn cooldown.
Description:
Every user has a special predator inside them. Upon revealing their predatory instincts, they will acquire ki gauntlets resembling an animal of some sort. Perhaps a bear's claws? Maybe a wolverine's claws? No, no... Maybe even a dinosaur's razor sharp claws? The choices are limitless. However, that's not what makes this an especially unique technique. If the user has a specific target in the thread, they set their predatory gauntlets upon them and allow their gauntlets to do an additional 5% damage with their default technique level (So if the user uses Predatory Gauntlets on Tier 1 Basic 5%, it jumps to 10%). However, the user cannot switch targets and is limited to ONE target throughout an entire thread.

Mastery Bonus: [Harden Skin]: Adds an additional 25% Defense onto this barrier technique. May exceed over the 100% barrier limit.
Description:
This is a special technique the classified creator designed in defense against multiple attackers. Upon charging the average barrier technique up, once used it'd completely surround the user in another layer of ki-like skin. This barrier would protect the user from any direction or angel but if they receive enough damage taken equivalent to what they've formed their barrier completely falters. The barrier can stay up for an unlimited time as the user is free to move around with this barrier on and use other techniques. On an additional note, each opponent that posses a threat to the user AND that exceeds the user's power level by the slightest will charge the barrier by 5% (stacks up to four times.) Cannot exceed over 100% the charge limit.

Description:
A perfect ambushing technique, one can charge this technique up with incredible strength. If the user has chosen a single specific target in the thread, their charge against the target increases by 30%. Upon using this technique, the user would launch themselves forward like a predator lunging towards their prey in an attempt to deliver an extremely powerful blow to the target. If the target is struck with a full amount of force, they'd feel the ultimate pressure of the predator's might, causing severe damage to them [The 30% increase CAN exceed the 100% but cannot stack with anything else.]

Level: 1 (0/20)
Mastery Bonus: [Tis' a Wider Wound]: Each tier in bleeding now adds an additional 5% (Tier 1 = 10%, Tier 2 = 15%, and Tier 3 = 20%).
Description:
While most attacks from anyone are forgivable, this ability is by far the most unforgiving 'touch' anyone could feel. Upon the user of this technique charging a fearsome looking blade it whatever level they desire, it may seem like a normal attack (Though it can charge up to a whooping 175% maximum)... However, this is where most regret ever not taking it seriously. Upon completing the charge, upon delivering the blow with whatever damage delivers soon turns out there's more to it than that. The cut/stab would suddenly start gushing out, the blood cells betraying the victim's body by attempting to escape the body more rampantly.
Sounds like one could heal, right..? Wrong... While healing will return the victim's life back up to whatever is appropriate the wound will never go away. As the victim remains in the vicinity (thread) with the user, their condition slowly and gradually worsens. While slowing down the effect is possible, it would require a lot of effort to do so. Even the SLIGHTEST cut/stab will cause this bleeding effect to occur so even dealing minimum damage will give this ability full effect.
Tier 1- Victim receives the blow: 5% of max set HP is lost per post. Impossible to heal (No healing ability from anyone can fix this. The victim must exit the thread OR the user must exit the thread)
Tier 2- Victim remains in the thread for five posts: 10% of max set HP is lost per post. Impossible to heal. (No healing ability from anyone can fix this. The victim must exit the thread OR the user must exit the thread)
Tier 3- Victim still remains in the thread for 5 more posts (total 10 posts after receiving the cut/stab): 15% of max set HP is lost per post. Impossible to heal. (No healing ability from anyone can fix this. The victim must exit the thread OR the user must exit the thread)
While it may seem like an extremely powerful ability it has its cons. This technique is very possible to dodge or block. With each blow, it costs 25% extra ki to whatever tier the user desires to place it on. (For example, using this technique at a tier 5 level doesn't cost 50 ki now, it costs 63 ki now). While healing techniques and items can't recover these wounds, they can still return the victim's HP back to the appropriate health AND even bring the bleeding effect all the way back to tier 1 each time the victim receives a heal their turn. (So for example, let's say the victim is on tier 2 and they're about to hit tier 3 which adds 5% more damage. If the victim heals with a technique or item, it will reset the effect back all the way to tier 1 from the very beginning to 5%). Finally of course, this is a melee strike. In order to deliver this strike, one must use their ki blade of preference against the target. Attacks CAN stack however there's a cooldown of three posts with each use of this ultimate.. Can stack up to two times. [Multiple people can assist in keeping this stack up HOWEVER the stack can only go up to two times still. For example Johnny throws in one strike into the stack... Bob gets a chance and throws a strike into the stack which adds up to two total in the stack. That's it.... The stack can't go higher.]
